The main thing I need to say is:
What the fuck, snow in mid-October?
---
Other than that, I had a lovely weekend. Went to Clark's (my beloved boyfriend or nan pengyou if you feel like learning the pinyin for it) Friday afternoon. On Saturday we went out for a nice dinner and then watched Where The Wild Things Are which was fun and adorable. It was in a way a blast of the past since it's based on one of my favorite kid's books but I felt that overall the themes and the characters in the movie were... more adult-like. The beasts had personalities far more mature than those of an 8 year old kid and sort of represented his inner struggle. Or something.
On the bus ride back to Boston, due to the cold weather this week, all the trees had begun to turn to their leaves into eye-opening colors. Once again, I'm wishing I had a camera! They were so beautiful... the perfect gradient of going from the various tones of green into yellow, orange, and that strong, fiery red.
