I could have been a machinist. You were a musician. I became someone else. The thought that I was becoming a better person, a person that I truly would be happy with, appealed to us both. Not that who I have become isn't someone I love, not at all, I just feel that maybe i've skipped some steps along the way. My life has become a process, and in a sense i'm still a machinist.
