So I went on a hike with the Event and Adventures single group. It was in Fremont off Mowry exit. The ground was really muddy and my work shoes got all dirty. If I knew it was going to be that muddy I would have bought a pair of boots. Well its good that I have a second pair of shoes to wear to work. Anyhow I met a really cute red-haired girl. We talked for a while and she is a dance teacher and part time student. There was about 40 or so people who were on the hike and after it was over about 12 of us went out to a restaurant called BJ's. That was a good time because I got to talk with a few more ladies from the group. So far every time I go out on one of the events I get to know a more and more people. So I'm hopeful that maybe I'll get a girlfriend some time this year. 
The only bad thing that happened was that I was pulled over by a cop on my way home. I had about 3 beers to drink while I was having lunch and was scared that I would be arrested for a DUI. The cop had me follow his finger with my eyes and after thinking it over for a while let me go with a warnning. He initially pulled me over because I was driving to close to an SUV. Cops can be so picky at times. But I'm just glad everything worked out in my favor.
