it has been one of the most horrible weeks i think i have ever had.
and thats saying alot.
however, i did just get my car back. i was having fun driving my dad's truck feeling like a big girl, but now it's back to my little purple sable, in all her granny-ness
dad has become a complete asshole and mom blames it on a chemical defect, "which i know you have experience with, honey" thanx mom.
after unnecessarily yelling at me in front of funkmunky and luthien623 about me driving his car with bad breaks, i lost it. his car has 50,000 miles on it. it's his baby. he drives it once a week. the breaks are fucking fine. it's his mid-life crisis.
when we went to pick up my car this morning, he had me stop at murray's to find out the price of a starter because he's very upset about what they charged him..
hold on.. dizzy spell..
a starter at murray's was about $120, and they charged us $195. he said the ones he gets are a little more expensive because they're better, and that murrays are cheap. now... I happen to agree with him. my dad. however, made a scene in the lobby about the cost of it, as well as the labor. it's $300 total. now i know thats alot, but i can afford it.
not to mention the best part of the trip was the complete silence in the car on the way there.

and saturday at wild cherry's is still a maybe because i dont want to end up killing anyone if i'm in the same mood i have been. sooo.... gimme reasons to come. good ones that will make me smile.. please

and in the defense of auto shops we do mark stuff up to make some money the stuff you buy at a parts store will be cheaper but most shops will not install the stuff you bring them i know mine won't
but any way hope you are feelin better i was gettin alittle concerned there
