if i may ... be emotional for a moment.

my friend tim is moving to la and it makes me sad. we've had some killer times here and i hate to see him go.

i now have had two people i consider to be great friends leave this place for brighter futures elsewhere, and i don't know if that reflects poorly on me because i love this goddamn rotten town. i love the filth, the sleaze, the scum ... i do. i love what it stands for, i love the gross displays of hedonism. i love it.

i guess that makes me as bad as the people i hate. which, in turn, makes me a hypocrite. oh well. at least i can admit it.

timmy boy ... we gotta hit the rhino at least one more time before your punkass ships off to arnold's hell of non-smoking and 2am last calls. (god, i can't even imagine the misery of shutting down at 2). and i'll be here for a long time; still working for the family and having a couch for you to crash on.
