Getting up at 3 A.M. profoundly sucks ass. I went to bed super-early last night, so I got enough sleep, but still. It just doesn't feel right.
I'm flying run 125 today. ORL - FXE - OPF - BCT - ORL with a 5-hour layover at FXE. Oh well, at least there's a nice little restaurant right on the flight line down there at Fort Lauderdale Executive.
I like flying over the coast. It's scenic. And 125 isn't a bad run, except for that one dreadfully long layover. There isn't much to do at an airport for 5 hours.
Hopefully the traffic will be light to non-existent on my usual 23-mile ride from my land in Geneva to the Orlando Executive Airport this morning.
It looks like it rained last night. The roads are going to be wet. I might have to put on my rain pants. The trouble with riding a motorcycle after the rain is over is the road spray -- it might as well still be raining, you know?
