So apparently, what I am experiencing is called muscle fatigue, in which case the muscle movements decrease, causing you to feel weaker.
I honestly can't feel it physically, but literally, it's like someone touched me and said "now you will have half your speed, dexterity, and endurance."
Poof. Just like that.
I know what I did, I know what caused it, so tomorrow (except for band practice tomorrow night) I will take off from the practice pad and rest my hands.
Never had this happen before., but I know that its due to this mind-set I had of "push yourself, push yourself, faster, faster, more more..." and this is where it ended up, and now I have to change it up. Apparently my body doesn't like practicing for more than 30 minutes at a time. 70 minutes did it!
