For some unknown reason, making an objective statement as an educator triggers the fuck out of some people...

Me on official page of said company and author publishing book-

“Just received my two copies of “book” I plan on taking it for a spin tonight, looking through it carefully and analytically to make sure these are good enough for my students.”

Seems reasonable right?

Some random asshat fucktard-

“Hmmmm...'good enough for your students'? Not sure why that needed to be put out there that way...Feels kinda pretentious. I'm sure others would agree “company/author” does a pretty good job educating fellow drummers. But that's my 2 cents worth...”

Apparently, being objective towards any product claiming to be “best”(it's literally in the title!) is the wrong thing do...

Sorry but I’d rather say “yes this is awesome” or “no this sucks” than to jump the band wagon of “everything they put out is amazing!”
