I'm praying for New Orleans and hoping that it's still there tomorrow.

...and I'm completing my ninth day of fasting and am going to start eating again tomorrow...

I can't even start to comprehend what has happened. I love New Orleans deeply. There are friends that I can't get in touch with and can only hope they're alright....Friends with recording studios and lots of rare, expensive equipment in there houses that may have lost everything. My family are all safe as well as I know, but who knows when they'll get to return to their homes. I've always known this was a possibility in New Orleans, but possibility and reality are two different things.
