So I guess I should update, but I like the Retreat pictures so much that I didn't want to change them 
...so I'll put a new picture of my girlfriend standing in front of the world's biggest tree !!
We went to the Sequoia National Forest last weekend and this was one of the things we saw. The tree is about 2500 years old and it's truly amazing to stand next to it.
In other news, I'm just trying to get enough work to survive until the next big project comes along. I'm at an impass with my persoal habits. I've never had so much difficulty eating well and exercising as I've had in LA. This place is the vast suck for me in the healthy living department. When I was in Austin it was always pretty easy to eat well and be active, but out here you have to set aside time to do healthy things and go out of your way to find good food and so I have to create a whole new routine for myself cause I can't tolerate the way I feel these days. I just gotta DO IT !!!!!

LA suck for activty, I spend way too much time in my car. I've been going out clubbing and dancing to get my exercise. And I try to pick the healthy dishes on the menu at restraunts. But you're right it's not easy to be healthy here.

that's a tree. now that's a tree. i mean it would be nice to live there and get up and be all "yaaawn..coffee...big tree". that would be TOO perfect.
