I saw Emmylou Harris play tonight. She's so awesome. Ten years ago if you'd told me I'd be into her I woulda looked at you funny. Then my friend came back from where she had been working on Wrecking Ball and told me she was working with Daniel Lanois and that didn't seem right to me. Then I heard the record and damn!!!

So I had good fun, but I offended my friend that I went with so that was a drag. I didn't mean to. I apologized, but she likes to pout for a while so I'm letting her.
