not much is happening. november is here. so is winter apparently. it snowed yesterday. it was weird. some places are still covered in snow.
i got a letter from therapy today. apparently i have to gotten called in for an appointment because i have been to three sessions since the summer. it is on the same time as my doctors appointment. so i am gonna call them to get a new date. i want to talk to my doc about alternatives to the group sessions. truth is i don't think i benefit much from them anymore. perhaps i am not dedicated enough. perhaps it is just time to move on. dunno. yet.
also i think i am coming down with the flu or something. i am snotty, coughing, tired, cold, nauseaus and my stomach decided to kill itself earlier today. sniff sniff.

You know... I agree completely with about how the csi episode poorly portrayed sg's, I though the whole tape thing was kind of retarded, I even felt a little embarrassed watching it with friends who know I'm active on the site (minus the whole writing in my journal thing).
