I have the same issue with the gym. I over did it with the chest press the other day and yesterday I couldn't even run because my pecs hurt so much. Rrrr.
Give SG Boston a try. It may take a while for the group leader to get around to letting you in, but its nothing personal.

Hey, whenever I talk to my Japanese friend who went to school with me in the States, our language always turn into Junglish ( mixed up English and Japanese) and I know exactly what you are talking about. It's kinda funny, yet somethings are easier for me to explain things like that in Junglish though. Well, Nihingo wo shaberu aite wo sagashiteisunara, itsudemo nihongo de we can converse, ok??
