Sid's New Tattoo
Today I went to the square with Sid to watch her get a new tattoo. Much to her dismay, I decided to document the experience with my new camera-phone.
First, I took a before-picture of her leg
At this point Sid was saying, "Why are you taking a picture of my leg?! I know what my leg looks like!" I reminded her that many years from now she may wonder what her tattoo-less leg used to look like and she will be grateful for this picture.
I made her turn around so I could snap a pic of her going in to the tattooing room...
At this point she was saying, "Mike, you are such a dork. Put the camera-phone away"
The tattoo is now half-done. It just needs to be colored
Ouch, Sid, doesn't that hurt?
At this point she says, "I bet you're going to post these pics on SG, aren't you?" Of course.
I didn't get to see the finished tattoo right away. I wandered away and when I returned it was already bandaged up. Fortunately, we ran into Nicole, and Sid removed the bandage to show it off...
And now, finally, a close up of the finished tattoo...

I know what the tattoo is of, but I don't tihnk Sid would want me to say. Let's just say Benji is gonna be really happy when he sees it.
I'd like to thank Sid for letting a tattoo-less person like myself witness the tattooing experience. It was very educational and now I know what to expect when I get that SG tattoo on the bottom of my foot, lol.
In conclusion, don't you think that my new camera-phone takes good pics?
