I'm working on a new crush. And by "working on" I mean I'm attempting to like a new girl in order to get over the last one that I had a crush on. Actually, I have the girl picked out already, and now it's time for the week or two of fantasy and bliss before she rejects me or I realize it just wouldn't work out.

ManRay last night was crazy-go-nuts. There were more people there (on a Wednesday) than I have ever seen on a Friday or Saturday. It was fun, but a bit overwhelming. It was like a reunion of all the people I've ever seen at ManRay before. Given how crowded last night was, I can't imagine what Friday is going to be like. I'm planning on wearing latex, and if it is as hot out as it was yesterday, it's gonna be an adventure. One advantage is that when I'm lubed up with silicone, it's easier to slip through the crowds .

Last night I kept on thinking... if there was a fire and everyone here died, it would completely destroy the Boston goth scene. Someone... I think it was TheRedBaron or Amy pointed out that the tragedy would breed more goths because of all the people who would be upset. It's an interesting theory he has -- there is some steady-state number of goths that a given city can support, so even if you killed a whole bunch of them off, more people would convert and take their place.

This weekend is going to be busy. ManRay tomorrow and then the beach on Saturday, a BBQ at my place, and then back to ManRay. I'm really gonna miss that place.

In the meantime, let's all pray for Sid and hope that she accomplishes her goal tomorrow .
