I am totally over-booked for this weekend...
Saturday is BoundCreature's Horror Movie Slumber Party and I'm really looking forward to it!! Tomorrow night, I'll probably be at ManRay (it's Xmortis), like I am every Friday. I didn't really have time to come up with an exciting outfit though, oh well.
Yesterday, my friend Ben called me up to tell me he was coming up to Boston THIS WEEKEND. Ben was one of my best friends in college and my roommate for a couple of years after we graduated. I knew he was going to be in town for a wedding and that he and his wife needed a place to stay but I didn't know it was going to be this weekend (he never told me when). So tonight he is coming into town and is going to the bachelor party and then crashing at my place. Tomorrow his wife is going to take the train up from NYC, and they will stay with me until Sunday. I'm trying to decide if I should take them to ManRay with me
or if we should go somewhere else to hang out Friday night, hehe.
To make things even more crazy, my roommate Margaret's best friend Jack is coming to visit this weekend too. Avid readers of my journal, will remember that I kind of had a crush on Jack last year and we hooked up on New Year's Eve. While it was sort of big deal for me (I don't have much luck with women in general), but I'm sure it was just a random fling for her. Still, I wanted to get to know her better and hang out with her again. Unfortunately, Jack moved to New Mexico the next day (to go to business school) so I haven't seen her since. I knew she'd be coming to visit in May, though, and I've been looking forward to seeing her again too. She is back in town no, and going to stay with us for the weekend (I just found out that yesterday too).
I don't know where everyone is going to sleep! My other roommate Sara's sister just moved in across the street but she doesn't have a bed (it's in her old apartment) yet, so she's been crashing on our couch for the past couple of weeks. I suppose I should be nice and offer my bed to Ben and his wife, and Jack will be sleeping with Margaret. Margaret offered to let me sleep on her floor, though probably Sara's sister will just sleep with her and I can take the couch downstairs. Anyways it's not a issue for Saturday night at all cause I'm gonna be at the kick-ass horror movie slumber party all night!
It kind of sucks that Margaret found my journal here a couple months ago. I have to mark so many entries "private for SG members" or I have to watch what I talk about.
Oh, Margaret and I have patched things up. We went out for ice cream last night and everything is back to normal.
