Just got back from camping... It's been a long weekend and an even longer day. On the way home we stopped at my parents house in the WP for pizza and then later at Sid's mom's house for swimming and dinner. That and six hours of driving have made me very tired.
Camping had it's good and bad moments, but overall, I think I had a lot of fun. I need some time to reflect on it but it was good to get away. It's funny that the things that seemed crazy or debaucherous at last year's camping trip seem like nothing compared to my usual life in Boston these days. Anyways, I don't think I could have handled another day of it -- I was beginning to miss sleeping in a bed. I was much more social this year and made a lot of friends and I'm excited to keep touch with them on SG now.
I'm not going to write any details about camping here in my journal. I prefer to keep the experiences from this weekend private rather than broadcast them to the whole world. Also, everyone who was on the trip is on this site, so obviously I can't be completely candid anyways. Expect me to get back to my regular whining, ranting, and complaining in the next few days, lol.
I'd like to thank Talulah for letting me crash in her tent. I was less than prepared for the trip and I neglected to ask Pip and Mylf if there was room in their tent before we actually arrived at the camp site (I assumed they had the big tent they had last year). Anyways, I can't express how grateful I am to Talulah for putting me up for three nights. I really do appreciate it.
