I just want to say how much I love Suicide Girls. I think it really has the ability to keep a person sane. In a world where we are pummeled with beautiful images, day in and day out, it's almost sensory overload. Seeing and watching beautiful woman is so one sided. A man who appreciates beauty has to keep all that appreciation inside. That does not feel healthy. It's like energy with no place to go. I believe that kind of bound up energy can lead to problems. It's not really socially acceptable to compliment women in person, as much as I'd LOVE to often. An innocent compliment would feel so good. It also teaches me to complicate my own sweetie more often. She's quite the potent feminine being. I'm quite lucky.

Suicide Girls supplies a healthy venue for seeing beauty and commenting on it. Nothing feels better than being able to compliment a beautiful woman who's obviously worked hard on a killer set, and who's also taken a chance in showing such intimate images of herself.

My girlfriend recently discovered that I was a SG fan. She didn't like it to say the least, being a Scorpio. After many talks (some still to come I'm sure), we have talked through it. I find myself even MORE attracted to her due to SG. It's like it frees up the ability to appreciate femininity even more. After that situation with my girlfriend, I asked some advice from a mentor of mine. He looked at SG. I didn't know what he'd think really. I knew he'd see beauty and love it. But he also said that it keeps men sane. I thought, as usual, that was a wise statement from him.
