So onto Day 5. Managed to get the salt water down without barfing. Hooray!
Skipped it yesterday. Haha.
I also appear to have accepted a dare to stay on the cleanse for two weeks. SO now I have 9 more days, and not 5. Which is fine with me. I restocked on maple syrup, and lemons. and even bought some limes so I could switch it up.
Today is the least difficult day of cleansing for me. All my crazy food cravings seem to be gone, and I'm not running to pee every five seconds. I am actually going to take a yoga class today. Which means walking to the studio in the rain, despite not even having to work. I wonder if there is a studio closer to my house that will hire me when I get back from tree planting.
I gave the studio my notice, so hopefully they'll take me back in August.
Saving up for school this year. I was considering another yoga teacher training ... but I think I am going to look into doing something resembling a grown up job. I have been living under the table and havent done my taxes in a few years ... so I think I need to get on track with that shit.
