The 'Master Cleanse' is killing me. I just started day 3. After downing my quart of salt water this morning, I feel as if I am going to vomit. Ugh. I know this feeling will pass, but this is the first time the salt water made me feel sick.
And I am starting to get sick of lemonade. So sick of it that I have been up for an hour, and haven't even juiced my lemons for the day yet. ugh.
Apparently I can switch to limes and that seems like a good idea.
I think I am going to check the groups to see if anyone else has done this and if they have any advice. From what I have heard, day 3 is the hardest.
I have been having the craziest food cravings too! Like Black Forest Cake. Do they even make Vegan Black Forest Cake??
I need to find out. OR find a recipe and make it myself.
I don't even remember the last time I had it. Weird to suddenly be craving it after years without.

I can't wait to go to yoga today. At least, I hope I'll be able to make it through the class. I have to teach today too ... That should be fun.
