Dude, congrats on the engagement! Thats incredible news! You two make a great couple the times I have seen ya'll, thats badass. And Like I have said he can take some mighty fine pictures of you so hell now you'll always have a great photographer by your side.
Oh man I bet ballet would be bad on the neck and back. Any form of extreme dance moves on the body I would assume can cause strain over a certain amount of time. It would be right up there with sports I would think, still a lot of movement and pressure on all of your joints, etc.
I did a lot of concerts over the past few years so that didn't help and who knows what else on my body. I'll get better though with working out and seeing this dude for my back/neck.
