Hi SG world! I took a 4 month hiatus from creating to focus on my mental health which had declined very severely at the beginning of this year. I try to talk about mental health on my platforms but I’m not entirely transparent about many of my own struggles. I think that’s partly because even though I’m trying my best to overcome everyday, I really haven’t got it all figured out yet 🌱 But I want to say thank you to so many of you who sent love, kindness, or encouragement of any kind during this time I was away(i’m still trying to respond to everyone 🥲) - you guys are windows in the dark confined space that my brain can be…..

I wouldn’t say I’m okay now. These kinds of things don’t magically disappear……But I’m starting to feel better than I have been lately (granted, it comes in waves) but I’m ready to start doing things I love again 🤍
