My dad is now halfway through with his radiation treatments. The rough part is about to happen now with all the fatigue and all. But he has been such a good sport through all of this and he never complains about any of it. I just love him so much.

I've been recieving radiation therapy for the past year as well. The fatigue is bad, the insomnia's worse. I'm sure he really appreciates having you around to help out. Do you ever get any time to take care of you? Sure seems like you do a lot for your family. smile

Court was absolute hell, but she got the restraining order, but this might go to trial, in which case she will have to go and testify. Isn't 18 to young to have to deal with all of this? I have a feeling it will get worse before it gets better.

Hopefully she will be able to see that love isn't making threats. That is really sad and my thoughts are definitely with all of you. She is really lucky to have such a supportive family. Best of luck to you all on everything.
And, yes, 18 is way too young for dealing with that. Why do even the best girls seem to have a weakness for assholes? *sigh* I'll never understand it.

I don't know how much more stress I can go through. Tomorrow is the hearing for the restraining order against Adore's sister's ex-boyfriend. When she was with him they put me through so much hell with drugs, and stealing, and abuse, etc, etc....... Yesterday Adores's sister pressed charges against her boyfriend for beating her up. I hope this whole nightmare will be behind us now. It has been a very stressful journey. I am happy he is in jail, but also scared of when he gets out.

So the hurricane is passed us now, and next week we have another one to worry about. What is up with all these damn hurricanes? Maybe they have a grudge against Florida or something. I hope Adore will be okay, as it is heading her way next. Hope everybody made out okay with Frances.
