Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven't been very active recently when it comes to posting and following threads. Schools kicking my ass (as it does every year), but I'm almost finished so I just need to put up with it a little longer.
With the week that I've had, I need an outlet to post about it, and I figure that my page could use some updates and some love.
First off on my roller-coaster of emotions week;
My roommates, who have been working on a play festival and theatre pieces since September have had their show this week. I've been supporting them for the last 6 months and I couldn't have been more proud of them. Emotions have been running high at the house all week while they've been in showings and last night was the closing show. Hopefully everything calms down now and we can all focus on Graduating and moving out in the spring.
At the start of the week I had grad photos taken with my roomates. It's a super surreal feeling to know that in a couple months the house that I've been living in for 4 years, and the campus that I've walked to everyday will no longer be my home. I'll be living back in my parents house and working full time till I leave for my summer adventure.
I found out this week that I've been accepted for an exchange next year. I'll be spending a full year abroad studying in Germany!
I'm so excited! This is going to change everything and I'm very excited to challenge myself and try new things.
Sadly, in the same day I also found a lump in my breast. I have a doctors appointment in two weeks to see if it's anything, but apparently I shouldn't worry but it's happened to my mother when she was my age. Crossing my fingers that it really isn't anything.
This week has been crazy and long and emotional and after I finish this I need to do soooo much homework, but it's nice to take a break and get all of this off of my mind.
