This week, and this whole month has just been amazing. I don't have any one moment that made it particularly better. I've been on a high note ever since my show went up at the Fringe Festival here in Scotland.
My show is crazy and weird and its helped me come out of my shell on stage since I'm usually the one hiding in the shadows. I wouldn't change this experience for anything!
Other high notes, I've seen some amazing shows, especially a slam poetry show that was beyond amazing. Check out Loud Poets if you're a fan of amazing words!
I also got a newtattoo, which makes this my 4ththis trip. Definitely one of my favorites so far! I'll post a picture when its nice and healed!
I got over a cold, which is great. My whole company got sick all at once, as it usually is when 8 people live together.
I discovered the beauty that is Princes street. I don't know if you've ever been toEdinburgh. But this street has so many amazing shops on it that we don't have in Canada. And I went a little overboard shopping at some awesome stores like Primark and Ann Summer!
My final high note is that a week today I go home. I'm so excited to get back to my friends, school, my family, and the wonder mess of a love life I left behind. Im gonna miss Europe and the UK so damn much. But I'll be back as soon as I can next year. Count on it!
