so japan is as lovely as i'd imagined. i surely never thought i'd feel at home in a karaoke bar...but the people have made me feel welcome. actually, everywhere i've gone i've only run into welcoming people (except for this old man with a cane, but that's another story . all i can say right now is that i will be somewhere completely different in a month. and i know it's exactly where i'm supposed to be. you ever loved someone so much that you would move the fucking planets out of orbit just to get to them? yeah. i think life is amazingly strange, because right when you think you have things somewhat figured out BOOM you don't. you realize that you had things all wrong. i'm a kind of go-with-the-flow person in many respects....but sometimes fate steps in and smacks you in the face. how can you ignore fate? i used to think "fate" had led me to exactly where i am now.....and now i'm thinking it is still leading me to where i am supposed to be. all of this- the now- the present- is only here so that i can get THERE.
