Almost four months since I wrote anything and all I can really think of to say is that I don't want to be alone tonight. I am having one of those days when nothing feels OK. It all feels like someone is holding their hand on my chest and pressing down. Wow, just writing that brought up tears. I am hoping that just putting some thoughts down will make this feeling go away...

someday's writings been ok other days i have had to let it go or it just brings up too much ugliness and i have enough to last a lifetime.
