Heres the start, ive always had anxiety issues but, I truly believe everyone in the world we live in does which is why I've never weekend therapeutic or medical help, plus I wouldn't wanna take any Rx's anyway, and it's not as severe as it is for many people I know. Sure I've had a few panic attacks here and there but you learn to cope and to breathe and to get your way through it. Cannabis is a huge help for me, but... All that aside here's a riddle for ya;
Have you ever gotten anxiety about smoking a cigarette to relieve the anxiety of not smoking a cigarette?
It's a real battle sometimes I mean it, I'm a nicotine addict for sure been smoking for 15 years but I'll go days here and there (almost always on my weekends) where I don't have one and then the thought of smoking that next one can send me in a spiral, anybody else dealt with this, I'm truly curious.
