so I guess it's time to update huh? yeah well life's been rather odd lately.
so i'm laying in bed the other day tryin' to sleep as you do when your in bed. when i get a phone call it's a friend of mine callin' to talk about the boffa group. well i'm on the phone with him when call waiting starts going nuts....guess i'm not gonna get any sleep. so eventually i get off the phone with mny friend to answer the other call. it's my step-mom. It seems there's been a death in the family. my step dad. died of a heart attack. I guess my mom came home from work and found him in bed.....dead.
well the actual conversation went like this.
"Hi mark? it's connie. chuck is dead."
"WHAT!?!?!?!?!!!" as i sit up in bed now fully awake.
Now i must admit to something. I never really liked chuck. he drank too much apparently cheated on my mom. I can't forgive that. nobody treats my mom like that. However, I guess she was willing to forgive him. i guess the last two weeks things were getting better. he was finally getting his life together.......he died in his sleep. I feel so bad for my mom. and for the way i felt about her husband.
The funeral is today at 1pm central in branson, mo.
heh that's somehow fitting i mean branson is kinda the butt end of the universe. traffick is fucking horrible. it always seems that everyother city always sends their worst drivers to branson. i'm rambling now. sorry.

Sorry about your loss, at least he got the chance to turn his life around...you know. Maybe he needed to do that and also for the people he hurt the most to forgive him.(your mother)
