Well, as a photogrpaher, I can't give out all my ideas , however I'll hand you this freebie: To go along with color contrast and vibrant colors, and seeing how this is the fall, something with autumn leaves would offer great color variety as well as contrast both between the reds, yellows and oranges, but also with your dark hair.

Add accessories like a 3/4 length fall jacket (a peacoat type jacket, maybe), a colorful scarf, and maybe a knit beanie, and it's a great ensemble. And you could make the shoot work both indoors and outdoors.
