Everything around us is being super stressful lately and I’m sure a lot of you are very tired from it.

Please don’t forget to take care of yourself too! My therapist recently told me that, “If everyone is going at 100% to fight right now, there won’t be anyone to help when we are all down and recovering.” So I’ll be taking the time today to recharge with a picnic. I hope you do something nice to recharge as well.
