So today was pretty interesting. I went to the Scottish fair which I have not been to in several years. It's always interesting to hear about the history of the clans. The first booth we went to was obviously my family's booth, the MacLean clan of Duart. I have known about the history of the family for quite some time, I did not however know the history of some of the other clans. We found out that a family friend came from the clan, the Gregors.
After we went to the booths we saw some of the throwing competitions.
Also looked at a map of Ireland which showed all the family names.
Most importantly here are some pictures of the map of Scotland.

Of course there was the beer
They were showcasing Birds of Prey near the entrance of the fair.
Sheep dogs
And finally the bagpipes.
It was a very fun day
