addicted

so I got my iron ring this past weekend. I was never really excited until the morning of... then I started getting real stoked. I think the reason that I wasn't excited was because I was just trying to be a not-so-nerdy engineer... but I've settled on the fact that I like my job and the fact that I chose engineering.
anyways the ring is sort of culmination of the past six years and the memories and friends that go with it... as well as the pride of (almost) finshing my degree (two more weeks!)and the professionalism that the ring is supposed to represent. All in all, I'm pretty happy that I got the damn thing and more or less wear it with pride.
