adaptation

Well well well. looking back on my last post, I guess i let everyone down. i didn't go back and update further. and now the moment has passed. i'm in las vegas. staying at USA hostels on fremont street. anyone know it? vegas is a weird place. where i am is most certainly the ghetto, the shop next door was held up at gun point the other day. and all the people around are crack heads and homeless, all talking to themselves and doing... weeeirrd stuff. they all talk to you though, which is either really nice, oooor bad because they are using it as a way to scan you, see if youre muggable or scammable. i got scammed. out of $10, i was pissed. vegas is good. i went to valley of fire the other day-climbed loads of mountains, walked around in the desert. it is so good to stop speaking, to be silent and only hear silence in return, no siren, no shouting, no cars, no alarms, no dog barks, no baby cries... no gun shots, although i have never heard a gun-shot.
halloween was a shame, i was so tired... that i slept... i hear great things about it, but i missed it.
the strip is good, yesterday i went stratosphere, anyone been? i went on all the rides up there, went to the venitian, went to the zoo in the mirage, the tigers and lions and dolphins were beautiful. they are so... amazing. i've spent alot of money. i'm half out, and half way through the trip. is that good or bad?
i've met alot of people, alot of friends, but they come and go and you meeet new ones, 4 so far have stuck in mind. here, they are all foreign, thats the good thing about a hostel, everyone is the same as you.
i guess thats all i can be bothered to wreite on an apple laptop, they wind me up.
