stoner tip: take a piece of rolling paper and crumple it up to the size of a spit ball and roll it around in your hand for a minute. It'll pick up all the oils and skin cells and other hand crud and it'll make the paper all soft. Uncrunple the wad and flatten it back out. Roll.
