We (my family) had to put our cat Bubba down. She had cancer in her ears and it went to her brain. She was a white and tan cat so the sun really damaged her ears...thats where the cancer started. She had horrible spastic fits as the cancer spread through her brain...She used to sleep on my chest and I let her sleep in my bed even when the seizures caused her to lose bladder control. I haven't had a pet since.
We had her ears amputated...it was a good thing when she was put to sleep.

Did you have a Tofurkey? My holiday was quite...lackluster. I'm seriously considering doing my own dinner next weekend. I was so disappointed with what the family had going on. I desperately wish I had someplace else to go for the holidays.
