well, the other people got the house.
but ya know what? it's not that bad because some unexpected fees were going to come up at closing that we couldn't afford because our realtor and finance lady are dumbass'!
okay, we told our finance lady that we had NO money to put up for a down payment or any closing costs. we told them that all we had was $1500 to pay for all the inspections and a couple of fees. they said "NO PROBLEM!!!" but then they decided to tell us yesterday that if our offer was accepted then we would have to pay between $500 and $3000 in closing fees and down payment. well we got pissed and said that wasn't the agreement and they said "well you signed the contract! we just made a little mistake and had a few misunderstandings."
A FEW!!! what the fuck!!! how do you misunderstand us saying we have NO money to put down?! FUCKTARDS! but anyway, i really would have loved to get the house but at the same time i'm glad we didn't because i didn't want to have to deal with those idiots anymore, and i didn't have $3000.
it's okay. i'm not sad. besides, i'm going to spend my $1500 on new furniture and clothes and a vacation!!
