Homework from @missy!
1. I love reading. When I was in high school, I used to read a book a day, regardless if that meant I didn't leave the house for weeks! ..I never have time for it anymore, I'm afraid.
2. I've wanted to be a model since I was a kid. I started modeling with friends when I was 14 (we actually got some good shots!)
3. I am obsessed with the ocean.. I love the beach, snorkeling, boating, you name it. I've always wanted to be a mermaid.
4. On that note.. I'm TERRIFIED of sharks! Straight up phobia. I'll swim with a manatee, but it'll freak me out at first, simply because there's a flash of grey. - My brother's fault; too much Jaws late at night as a child. >.>
5. My best friend once told me that if I ever wanted her to model nude for my art, she'd do it. I looked at her like she was crazy for being so bold... Man, have I changed over the years?!
6. I can sing. For a while, I considered going on American Idol or one of those shows, but I have so many other dreams (art, modeling, tattooing, helping my husband with a writing career..) that it's just kind of never happened.
7. I used to design clothing as a child. To this day, I'm still making things, but nothing quite beats the awesome purse I hand-sewed in elementary school. Some of the things I did back then and was made fun of for have since become HUGE fads!
8. Cheese.. I'm pretty sure the only things I don't eat it on (besides desserts) are various Oriental dishes. Everything else MUST be covered!
9. When I was a kid, I told my parents I was moving to the Amazon when I turned 18. I love nature, and I love animals, so back then, I figured Swiss Family Robinson-style was the only way to live! ...That was before I learned about the anaconda. Unfortunately, our slithery friend, as well as the various species of spiders that inhabit those parts, have kept me a bit closer to civilization than I would have liked.
10. I miss horseback riding. I was never very good at it, because I rarely got to practice. But I worked (well, volunteered) at a stable when I was 12, and to this day, those are some of my fondest memories.
