I got to like Oryx when I saw some of the sets she shot. And then looked at her portfolio on her website and loved her work. It wasn't till later that I looked at her own sets.
She was very, hrmm, erratic in her communications with me. Sometimes she was very friendly, and other times seemed to treat me like I was stalking her. Shortly before she left SG, she ran a personals ad in the Canada East group, so I answered it. I even told her I realized that I probably wasn't what she was looking for, but figured I'd make the attempt anyway. A few days later, she quit SG, and even sent me a message to say she was leaving, and that I shouldn't contact her again.
Sooooo, that's why I say she didn't like me.

I was a poor student in high school, but it was due almost entirely to a lack of effort, so I don't know what to suggest when it's due to actual problems with the material.

I'm doing well. Thank you lovely. Life is ambiguous, as usual. I don't know if I'm staying or leaving. I may have a new job, but I'm waiting for an email to give me the heads up. Waiting waiting. 
But on the other hand, I'm going to Thailand soon soon. Beaches, new bikini and straw fedora. Plus the season premiere for the O.C. is soon. So I have fun things to look forward to... and that always makes me smile (did that sound lovely? I meant it to...).
There's this computer outlet store on College just west of Spadina that sells great stuff for super super cheap. I'll ask sumninjashit it's name/website and get back to you. He bought his 40GB MP3player there for only $100. Yup.

I have so many memories of my grandparent's home...and I know that when my grandfather passes my nan is going to have to give up her place....I don't even want to think about the 26 years of memories that I have there that will be lost.
