Well hello my madmen and women,

Finally, some painting progress- and a half decent photo this time, taken with my good camera, because this time I wasn't too lazy to dig it out.



Now pretty much the entire subject is wet, I did a ton of shading with the hair and skin (with more ahead) and finally gave her a nose and made the eyes a tad less creepy- though they still give my boyfriend the willies.

What do I do when I am not painting... well, you can probably see the red Xbox controller on the table in the background if you look close enough. I have been on a fantastic creative streak lately, ideas keep popping into my head to the point where I can't keep up with them all to the point where in addition to the many listings I have to put in my current Etsy Shop I am thinking I may have to start another one all together.

My car is still going, but I know it is running out of time. Lucky for me, my stepdad works at a car dealership and can get me a great deal- I just have to get the financing in place... which may be a challenge only working part time right now.

Also...

I have become addicted to Mad Men. I always seem to jump on the bandwagon a little late when it comes to TV, so I end up having to borrow friend's seasons, or watch episodes online. Seriously though, if you haven't checked this show out, it rocks.
