The Strike is finally over. I head back to class tommorow- thankfully.
So it's been 18 days of strike in total. That does not include the weekends. 18 days of my money being thrown down the drain.
We have a video report due on tommorow but I think only about half the class has finished it- being as some of us haven't had access to cameras and such because we have been away from the school.
I am expecting my teacher to demand the reports anyway. If she does, she'll have an argument from me.
My school website is being very ambigous as to whether or not our semester will be extended. If it is- that sucks a big one. All the University students will be out before the college students and as I said, will get all the good jobs. Therefore I will get little money for next year- fan freakin tastic.
In other news....we just found out that my aunt has breast cancer. Now I'm not super close with her or anything, primarily because of distance, but it's still horrible. Apparently it's not very far advance from what they can tell. They hope that they will be able to preform a lumpectomy and everything will be fine and chemotherapy and/or radition will not be needed. Still hearing "cancer" is enough to strike fear in many people's minds. I just hope that the lumpectomy can get rid of all the cancer.
Sorry to be such a downer. I just needed to vent. I am thinking about doing some sort of fundraising for cancer research via print selling. I'm not a SG but I know of a few people that would love to see me naked...no promises, but we'll see.

I'm thinking that if I can, I may make a tiny trip over easter, haven't really decided yet but i'm thinking about it!
