New York was a lot of fun-- definitely the best birthday I've had. And we didn't fight at all the whole time!
I never wrote about the Baltimore Burlesque show, though... it was fucking awesome. I know it doesn't seem possible, but the girls are all even hotter in person. Of course I'm lame and shy and didn't introduce myself to any of them... or to Zui and HillaryWallace who were the hottest stagehands I've ever seen... anyway, forgive me for being silly and shy-- I wish i could've talked to you all. I started out the evening in a bad mood, though, because even though I had double checked to make sure I was on the guestlist (and you can see the thread in the SGB group where it says I am)... when I got there they told me I wasn't. It was particularily annoying because I knew the door guy and he could've just let me in if he wanted to...
And unfortunately I don't actually know any of the girls, so I couldn't have him go get someone to vouch for me.. but after leaving and going to an atm and coming back and drinking a couple of beers my mood improved. And then the show was incredible, so the night turned out fine. I got to hang out with Erica again too, which was cool.
So where was I? Oh yeah-- then Adam and I went to NY and had a good time (we walked around the city ALL day on Saturday and my legs were so sore on Sunday I could barely get out of bed.) Overall it was a lovely birthday week. And thanks again to everyone who wrote to wish me a happy birthday!

Glad you had fun at the SGB and in NY. I always end up doing that too when I visit a city, wear out a pair od shoes as well as my feet just wandering around and checking things out. Good excuse to get a massage tho
