An odd week so far - am still getting to grips with these new shift patterns but so far so good...
Highlight of my week so far has been the Buzzcocks gig Monday night - I wasn't sure how good they'd be but all I can say is if I've still got that much energy and guitar skill when I'm Steve Diggle's age I'll be a very happy man indeed!!
Liked 'em so much in fact that I bought their "Complete Singles Anthology" CD today which rounds up all their A and B-sides from "Spiral Scratch" to their "Sick City Sometimes" single last year. For those of you who want to know where the Libertines et al got all their cues from (and comprehensively botched said cues), look no further.
This weekend am planning a "'80s B-Movie/Video Nasty" night over at a mate's. Beer and JD will be drunk, pizza will be eaten and the following, among others, will be watched:

Oh yeah, splattermania time...it's gonna be good!!!!

Think I may have over horrored myself last night, I had trouble sleeping
