Quiet first half to the week. Didn't go and see Bowling For Soup as my mate fell asleep (strange but true...
) - however I did get a ticket to see Mark Thomas at the City Varieties...that should be a good gig.
Tonight is an Old Skool Metal Overdrive Night as I'm off to see Viking Skull at the Well. Dragging a couple of the lads along with me so we can all sup ale and sing along to "Beer, Drugs And Bitches". That song truly does go all the way up to eleven.
Quiet rest of the week but on Saturday I'll be off to local bands fest Wrathstonbury at Joseph's Well in Leeds. For any other natives reading...come along, it'll be a laugh! If you see a bloke there trying to get his extremely drunk and rather portly mate out of the exit and into a taxi about 2am, that'll probably be me.
Ooh and I'm off down to Stoke for the Godless fest in a couple of weeks as well...to anyone else who's going, see ya there!
