So hopefully the big evil black cloud that has been hanging over my life for the past few weeks has pissed off for good now.
Not the busiest weekend ever - went out and got trolleyed in Bradford on Friday night where I successfully managed to get refused entrance to "Flares" of all places for looking too scruffy!
Hmm...big loss eh? I was gutted, honest guv. 
Saturday went into Leeds although my purchases didn't extend beyond a ticket for the Horrorpops/Dead Pets gig at the Rocket on Tuesday and a copy of "Carmen Sandiego" for my Gamecube (reduced from 20 to 7 in the sale at Game!
) Then Saturday night I spent down my local having a few beers and watching "Match of the Day". All good fun.
Had a few pieces of good news - firstly my websites are now all FINALLY fully up to date - the design needs a bit of a rehaul admittedly but I can do that in my own time.
Secondly, I may be having emogirl over to stay next weekend as my mum's off on her summer hols. The two of us are talking about honing our bartending skills by trying to mix up some cocktails - should be a fun night...
And finally, I'm in a new band at long last! Answered an advert from a group looking for a lead singer and I've got the gig! Yay me! Apparently, it's a Van Halen style '80s metal band so if nothing else this should be a good laugh. And it'll be nice to get up on stage and terrorise innocent people again hehehe
