Well, it's the start of the weekend innit? 'Nuff said I think!

Not really much new to relate in the last couple of days. On the minus side, I am now again without my own transport due to an accident yesterday while on my lunch break which was a bit of a bastard. No-one hurt fortunately but my car is pretty much comprehensively written off. Auction yard it is come payday then.

On the plus side, am off for drinks and a gig with India tonight so at least that should cheer me up a bit!

Got a busy weekend in store actually - off to a friend's housewarming BBQ tomorrow afternoon then a mate's wedding bash - scarily the guy in question is (a) four years younger than me, (b) getting married to an American lass he met over the Internet (though having met her I can confirm she is a genuinely nice girl and I'm sure the two of them will be very happy) and (c) has a bit of a rep for being a nutjob - I know it's unlikely any of you lot will ever meet him but if you do and he offers to show you either his elephant or his "mangina", say no. Then run away. Very fast.

And on Sunday I'm off to see "Fahrenheit 9/11" at long last which should be a good film hopefully.
