yeah, the weather has been psychotic this week. 80 on monday, now its fucking freezing.

You used to teach and sell light bulbs? Maybe I'll change my music education major to something else...like marketing or sales. You know, real-world applicable stuff.

And an angst novel is either one of those coming-of-age books (think Catcher in the Rye) and/or a book written from the perspective of someone really fucked up who eventually learns more about themselves during the course of the book (think Fight Club). Such novels are great for fortune cookie-type one-liners like "Nothing of me is original; I am the combined effort of everyone I've ever known" or "It's easy to cry when you realize that everyone you love will reject you or die." All of this was probably more than you really wanted to know, though.

I like those lyrics a lot...I can relate to them at the moment.

Stuff like that is the reason I try to avoid making statements that include the word "never."

i've no plans for new year's as of yet(the girl's back home in santa barbara this week), so maybe i'll head out that way.

i'm a bit ambivalent about the holiday season. it can bring out the best in some, but usually the worst in most.

Happy Nov, First right back at ya! I had a pretty good Nov. first preceded by a pretty good Halloween.

I know what you mean when Things don't work out. Every so often I'll get bummed, but for the most part it is the 'yeah, whateva' attitude. I think it is definitley a good thing.
