The hotel i'm at in Irvine is right next to the train tracks, and I mean like 15 feet from my window to the tracks! It's awesome. I switched to this one today because the previous one had painfully slow internet and I couldn't do any work. I'm pretty sure I'll sleep thru the trains. Crazy things is, the frieght trains you can hear coming and it's not too alarming, but the communter trains come thru so fast it's like the horsemen of the apocolypse or something. They even tell you staight up at the front desk and give you a set of ear plugs in a little plastic bag.
Went and hung with some old friends from a long time ago. Guys i've known since 9th grade. I'll never understand how some people can drink 5 times as much as me and still smoke me in 8 ball all night. I didn't win 1 game. fk!

I live in front of a road that's a link between the two only highways of the isle. So if I want to sleep later than 6.30 I have to sleep with earplugs too. Moreover it's in front on the port and boats seem to have fun in the morning with the klaxons!
