I guess an update would be cool since it's been about a year and a half since my last post...
The tools did come in handy; I built my friend's restaurant and it's been an amazing success. Sometimes you just need to have faith in your friends and in your intuition. (oh and do around a 1,000 hours of work on your part time for free) I did get paid once it was up and running so it was all good. I'm now helping my other friend rebuild an old farm house; I know I won't get paid for this one but that's ok.
The slowdown in the economy has been hard for me; I'm losing ground a bit at a time but money isn't everything.
