Made cosmetic adjustments to my sidebar thing.

Finished Half-Blood Prince today. Would have finished it yesterday, but I decided to play KOTOR2 instead of reading. Not a bad choice, since I finally got a god damn light saber. Purple, naturally. It was really good.

Went to trivia last night with my parents. I did not know it at the time, because she didn't want to spoil it for me, but my friend I was there with wanted to name our team _______ killed __________ (Where the first blank was who did the killing, and the second was who was killed, in Potter). Personally, I think it's brilliant, but visions of pitchforks and torches prevents me from doing it. Brilliant I say.

I've gotten out of the habit of using proper capitalization. Shishuu has a low-fi, minimalist skin that converts everything to lower case, so I stopped bothering. Now I have to force myself to use the shift key here. (I've always been attracted to the aestetics of all lower case, though, especially for proper nouns).

Been in a pissy but upbeat mood today. It's a really strange combination. I don't know that I like to too much, but it's hard to complain with being upbeat.

Been thinking a lot about my new story. New connections are building themselves at an hourly rate. I can't really complain about a creative wellspring - since they're so erratic - it's just sort of daunting to think that I'm going to dive into another novel when I haven't quite gotten short prose out of my system yet. And, of course, I still havent' finished editing [Working Title]. (Finished? I've only done one chapter. Lame.)
